Workshop Policy:

1. Registration and Payment:

• Pre-registration Required: All participants must register and complete payment prior to the workshop. Spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
• Refunds and Cancellations:Cancellations made up to 14 days before the workshop will receive a full refund minus a [processing fee]. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Attendance:

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. The workshop will begin promptly at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• Attendance Requirements: Participants are expected to attend the entire duration of the workshop. No partial attendance is allowed, and no refund will be given for missed sessions.

3. Special Recording Opportunity:

• Video Recording: Participants who wish to take part in the special video recording session with Reza Rohani must participate both days of workshop.
• Usage Rights: By participating in the video recording, participants agree to grant the workshop organizers and Reza Rohani the right to use the recorded material for promotional purposes. Participants will also receive a copy of their recording for personal use.

4. Age Requirement:

• Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend the workshop.
